Qualify Now

Domestic Energy Assessors who are suitably qualified and registered are responsible for issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). EPCs are mandatory by law for all homes that are constructed, sold or rented in England & Wales, and landlords are also required to provide them for all tenanted properties since October 2008. EPCs are also necessary for schemes like Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and RHI.
