A) Organisation
This statement applies to Infinity Energy Organisation Ltd (referred to in the statement as 'the Organisation').
B) Organisational Structure
The Organisation is located in the United Kingdom and is run by a managing director.
Infinity Energy Organisation promotes, installs, and arranges funding for energy efficient products into domestic properties in order to decrease customer energy costs.
The labour supplied to Infinity Energy Organisation in pursuance of its operation is recruited from within the United Kingdom.
C) Definitions
The Organisation considers that modern slavery encompasses the following practices:
- Human trafficking
- Forced work through mental or physical threat
- Being owned or controlled by an employer through mental or physical abuse or threat of abuse
- Being dehumanised, treated as a commodity, or bought or sold as property
- Being physically constrained or having restrictions placed on freedom of movement
D) Commitment
Infinity Energy Organisation acknowledges its responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and commits to complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
This requires an ongoing review of both internal labour practices and supply chains.
Infinity Energy Organisation does not enter into business with any organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.
No labour provided to Infinity Energy Organisation in the pursuance of its own services is obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking. The Organisation adheres to the minimum standards required under relevant UK employment legislation.
E) Supply Chains
To fulfil its activities, Infinity Energy Organisation's main supply chains include those related to installing energy efficient products into domestic properties.
The Organisation uses installers, surveyors, retrofit assessors, and retrofit co-ordinators. It conducts a subcontractor approval process before any subcontractor is permitted to work with the business.
Subcontractors must satisfy several criteria, including health and safety and financial probity, to ensure that they are legitimate organisations able to meet the requirements of working for Infinity.
F) Potential Exposure
The Organisation considers its exposure to slavery and human trafficking to be limited.
Nonetheless, steps have been taken to ensure such practices do not take place in its own business or in the business of any organisation supplying goods and services to it.
G) Steps
Infinity Energy Organisation carries out due diligence processes to ensure slavery and human trafficking do not take place in its organisation or supply chains, including reviewing supplier controls.
To its knowledge, the Organisation has not conducted business with another organisation found to have involved itself with modern slavery.
- Aim to identify and assess potential risk areas in our own business and supply chains
- Where possible, build long-standing relationships with suppliers and make expectations about business behaviour clear
- Monitor potential risk areas in our own business and supply chains
- Encourage the reporting of concerns and support the protection of whistleblowers
- Require suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
H) Key Performance Indicators
Infinity Energy Organisation has set key performance indicators to measure its effectiveness in ensuring modern slavery is not taking place in the business or its supply chains.
- Use of supplier selection processes, including supplier questionnaires, before they enter the supply chain
I) Policies
Infinity Energy Organisation is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains or any part of its business.
The Organisation acts ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and implements and enforces systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in its supply chains.
It has also implemented controls for assessing employees' eligibility to work in the UK and expects its supply chain to adhere to the same standards with respect to their workforce.
J) Board Approval & Sign-Off
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our organisation's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30th June 2026.
It was approved by the Board of Directors on 01/07/2026.
The statement has been reviewed by the Managing Director, Manojkumar Patel, who has signed it on behalf of Infinity Energy Organisation.
