Through AirEx, we’re making homes more energy efficient with the world’s first smart air brick. AirEx Floorvent is a simple, smart solution for suspended floors. It improves SAP scores by approximately 2–4 points, reduces draughts, and helps keep homes warm. By reducing heat loss, it lowers energy bills for residents.
What AirEx?
AirEx Floorvent offers a fast, affordable alternative to more disruptive or expensive measures. It installs easily with no major work required. Built-in sensors and local weather data are used to adjust airflow automatically, reducing heat loss while maintaining effective ventilation. The result is warmer homes, lower carbon emissions, and reduced energy costs.
A Low-Disruption Retrofit That Works
Retrofit upgrades can be disruptive, which can make residents hesitant. AirEx Floorvent is quick to install and non-intrusive. It requires no major works or access to the main living areas. Once installed, it operates automatically, keeping homes warm while preventing damp and condensation.
For housing providers and retrofit coordinators, AirEx delivers an affordable, high-impact solution suitable for a wide range of properties. It is eligible under ECO4, the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, and Warm Homes: Local Authority Grant schemes—helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.

I recently had the garage converted into a luxurious one-bedroom suite, and I also had an outhouse built, along with soft landscaping and solid wall insulation. We had External cladding done on our house through this company and I must say it does keep the house warm. We then had an issue with the sealant on the outside of the window and after a phone call they had their team over to sort out the issue. The team was on time and they were very efficient and did a good job so much so that they left the place clean and tidy. With the cold winters it's worth getting cladding as it does make a difference

Receive some really good advice from Ramesh customer service advisor at infinity energies regarding installation of solar panels to my three bedroom property hopefully looking at head and going forward with installation of panels soon very reasonably priced and offering good options as well with good solar powered battery options as well I was very impressed with the service given.

Very professional, very high quality of work, effective communication throughout. Every builder or tradesman we’ve had since we’ve had our render done by Infinity has commented on how good it looks and they can tell it’s high quality. The work started and finished as promised in 3 weeks. They arrived on time every day, and kept working tirelessly till the end. They always laid down protection sheets on floors. There were insulation team, electrical team, and people at the office to coordinate, making sure the project went seamlessly. There were small issues after completing the job, but with communication, the issues were fixed straight away.
