The third phase of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO3) has officially started and grants are now available for: boiler replacement, external wall insulation, loft insulation, room in roof insulation, and of course cavity wall insulation.
What does the Cavity Wall Insulation Grant Cover?
ECO3 grant funding can be used to pay for Cavity wall insulation that’s applied to at least 50% of the exterior facing walls of your home.
Subsidized Boiler Installation
After having Cavity Wall Insulation installed in your home, you are eligible for boiler grant funding that’s valid for six months. Oil boilers are not included in this offer.
Am I Eligible?
If you receive any of the following State Benefits, then you could be eligible for Cavity Wall Insulation Grants:
- Pension Guarantee Credit
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
- Income Support
- Severe Disablement Allowance
- Tax Credits (Child Tax Credits and Working Tax Credits)*
- Universal Credit*
- Child benefit*
- Disability Benefits
